Mary Palka is the Firm Administrator for the Roth Group where she supports the firm with client intake, pre-litigation and closing procedures, as well as managing the business aspects of the firm. She has 7 years of managing fast-paced businesses in the food service and retail industries, where she learned that approaching any situation with compassion is the best platform to stand on.
Mary graduated from Arizona State University summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies. She is currently pursuing a Master of Legal Studies in Human Resources and Employment Law through the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at ASU. Mary is excited to apply the knowledge she has already gained from her education and experience to the The Roth Group and hopes to continue to learn and grow personally and professionally with the team. Though Mary grew up in a military family and moved around quite a bit growing up, she calls Colorado home and spends much of her free time enjoying everything the mountains have to offer. From skiing and snowboarding to climbing and running, she loves to be outside in the sun or snow as much as possible.
David graduated from the South Texas College of Law in Houston where he excelled in the school's top-ranked trial advocacy program. He was recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2017, 2018, and 2019 which awards the top 2.5 percent of lawyers in the State of Colorado. He has also been chosen as a National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 selection.
David has developed a reputation for his excellent negotiation skills and commanding presence in the courtroom. He works tirelessly for his clients and has a proven track record against big-name insurance companies. David is a Colorado native. When he not representing clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, golfing, and watching Broncos and Cubs games.
Elizabeth is the litigation paralegal for The Roth Group and enjoys working closely with every case. Her experience working with personal injuries and insurance in the health care industry at a chiropractic clinic for two years is why she enjoys being in this branch of law. After working in administration as Head of Education at a private language school in Germany,
Elizabeth understands the importance of hard work, organization, and collaboration to achieve common goals. Elizabeth got her Paralegal Certification through Metro State University and looks forward to pursuing further education in the field. She is excited to expand upon her knowledge and to continue to embrace new challenges. Elizabeth was born and raised in Colorado, and after living in Berlin, Germany for 5 years, decided to come back to her beautiful home state. She enjoys kickboxing, paddleboarding, hiking, skiing and pretty much anything else the mountains have to offer.
